		Students Real Life Learning		Parents Play Station Day Nursery - Newport.

	As an integral part of The Isle of Wight College, the Play Station has an important role in providing ‘hands-on’ experience to the Childcare students on placement. All students are closely supervised by Play Station staff and are not counted into the adult-to-child ratio. All students are fully inducted and comply with all nursery policies.		We warmly welcome parents to the nursery and there is an open door policy encouraging them to call in at any time. If parents wish to come and sit with their child at lunchtime, we ask that they arrive between 12.00 and 12.30pm and sign the visitor’s book on arrival. Any information or advice that parents would like to share with us about their child’s routine and care helps us in our job to ensure their child feels happy and secure.
