Student funding:
Help with childcare fees is available to some College students on
means-tested benefits. Parents are asked to speak to the College’s
Student Welfare team if they think they may be entitled to support. An
appointment can be arranged by contacting them on 01983 550581.
Government funding:
As part of the Foundation Stage, Government grant-scheme funding is
available for all three and four year olds starting the term after their third
birthday. Each child is entitled to 12.5 FREE hours of nursery education
a week for a period of 38 weeks excluding holiday periods. A form is
provided for parents to complete.
Those not eligible for financial support or grant aid should refer to the schedule of
fees included in this pack.

Payment of Fees:

Fees are to be paid monthly in advance e.g. September fees need to be
paid by 5th August 2007.

Fees are still payable when a child is unable to attend due to illness.
Exceptions to this rule apply if a child is hospitalised.

Fees cannot be refunded or extra time allowed at the end of a booked
session for children who arrive late.

Charges will be made for children who are collected late or without prior
notice.

One month’s notice in writing is required when withdrawing a child from
the nursery.
